CBSE Graduate Diversity Fellowship & RMI Program

Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the RMI Program. All items marked with an asterisk are required fields. Please enter "N/A" if any field is not applicable or does not apply.

Before you begin this application, please preview the essay questions, all of which appear in the on-line application. This preview is provided for your convenience, since the application is lengthy and must be completed entirely once started. We recommend strongly that you compose your answers to the essay questions in Word or a similar word-processing format before beginning the on-line application, then cut and paste your completed responses. Please note: You will not be able to save the information entered in the application if you are unable to complete the form in its entirety before submission. Be sure to allow enough time to complete it fully before submitting.

If you are uncertain about how to respond to any of the questions, please contact the RMI office before submitting your application: (831) 459-1702.
