The Biology of Genomes pre-meeting workshop on working with ENCODE data

Location: Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, New York

This one-day workshop will be held in association with the Biology of Genomes meeting at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. The instructors will guide you through hands-on tutorials for accessing and interpreting ENCODE data in both the UCSC and Ensembl genome browsers. Some familiarity with the UCSC Genome Browser will be assumed.
